Cancellation Policy
HEALING CONVERSATIONS COUNSELLING CLIENT AGREEMENT CONTRACT Cancellation, Non-Attendance and Late Arrival • If the client misses a session without giving notice, or if a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a full fee will be billed, or 50 % if the session is reschedule. We respect and honour your appointment, we say no to other clients that are also seeking support. • In case of the client’s late arrival, the session will commence as soon as the client arrives. But the session will end at the appointed end time.
